Meet Managing Partner

Levan Jorbenadze mentoring young attorneys, as Founding Partner and an accomplished attorney with over 19 years of diverse legal experience spanning private practice, government, and non-profit sectors. Holding an Attorney General Specialization License, Mr. Jorbenadze offers extensive, holistic legal support to both corporate and individual clients, including Homeowners’ Associations (HOAs), across a wide spectrum of legal fields.

Throughout his career, he has successfully litigated strategic cases, earning a reputation for open, out-of-the-box thinking and a pragmatic, solution-oriented approach. His practice covers regulated industries, contract drafting and negotiation, regulatory compliance, labor law, medical malpractice, financial services, banking, fintech, corporate law, property management, and residence permit procedures. He has also handled high-level matters involving data protection and trans-border data flows, including the implementation of personal data protection policies in accordance with international standards.

Mr. Jorbenadze’s legal insight is shaped by professional training and hands-on experience in both EU member states and the United States, giving him a global perspective and the ability to navigate complex legal environments.
